Fluffy Japanese Pancake

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 4 tsp (20 mL) Milk
- 3.3 tsp (30 g) All-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp (1.25 ml) Vanilla extract (optional)
- 2 tsp (25 g) Sugar
Methods
Separate egg yolk and egg whites into separate bowl.
- 2 Eggs.
In the egg yolks bowl, visp in milk, flour and vanilla extract.
- 2 eggs yolks.
- 4 tsp (20 mL) Milk.
- 3.3 tsp (30 g) All-purpose flour.
In the egg whites bowl, visp it until it turns fluffy, and add sugar 1/3 of the time. This step is crucial to make it fluffy.
- 2 eggs whites.
- 2 tsp (25 g) Sugar
Mix the egg whites into the egg yolks bowl slowly. Optional but the batter into a piping bag.
Heat the pan on low heat.
Place the batter into the pan using a spoon or using the piping bag.
If you can steam cook it then use 2 tsp of water and put on a lit for 5 min. Then flip the pancake and cook for 5 more minutes.
