Ingredients
Dumpling Dough
- 225 g flour
- 75 g bread flour
- 147 g water, boiling
- 2 g salt
- corn starch
Filling and Assembly
- 450 g ground pork
- 3 cabbagle leaves, finely chopped
- 3 green onions, very thinly slided
- 3 cloves garlic, finly chopped
- 1 ginger grated
- 14 g soy sauce
- 4 g sesame oil (optional)
- 2 g fine sea salt
- 3 g sugar
